1. Search engines. Web surfers typically use the large searchengines such as Google, MSN, and AOL to find the informationthey want. The only way to know for sure whether or not they'llwork for you is to try them (and track the results). A great credibility builder is to offer aweb or phone conference for your visitors. Use it to offerhelpful information -- for example, you could open theconference to questions from the audience -- and generateadditional interest in your product or service.
